Great job by Dylan. Strongly recommended
A few months ago I had a clogged kitchen sink. Went straight to YouTube and tried everything - pea trap, boiled water, snaking, plunger. Nothing worked. Called several plumbers and either got no answer or they couldn’t come out for days/weeks. Couldn’t go long without use of the kitchen sink. Finally found Kamakoa Plumbing. Dylan was very responsive and able to come out that day! He showed up at the scheduled time, evaluated the situation and was able to fix the problem within 1 hour. Turned out to be a large clog, likely from grease build up over the years. He used a professional grade snake that was long enough to get to the clog. I was so grateful to have my kitchen sink back in working order. Dylan was very professional and even sends text messages to let you know when he is en route to your location. More recently, I found a water spot in my dining room ceiling right below the master bath on the second floor. Called up Dylan and he was able to come out the next morning. Once again, he showed up right on time and went right to work. He evaluated the situation and diagnosed the problem. Thankfully it wasn’t a plumbing issue, just some deteriorating caulk at the edge of the shower allowing water to drip through a crack in the tile floor. While he was here he cleaned out the drain and inspected the shower for any cracks/leaks. Even though he didn’t have to fix anything I had peace of mind to know that the plumbing was fine and there were no other leaks. Thankful to have found Dylan. Everyone needs to have a good plumber that they can rely on when something happens. Much mahalos to Kamakoa Plumbing! 🤙🏼

Dylan came out to my house right away when I called for a quote on my water heater. He took the time needed to properly evaluate the issue and gave me an honest opinion on what I should do. Since it was the end of the day, he came the very next day, installed my new water heater, and my price was lower than other companies I had called for quotes. I really appreciate the amazing job they did and the communication along the way. I will definitely call Kamakoa Plumbing Solutions for all future issues.

Dylan is AMAZING. Hard to find an honest and reliable plumber, but he one. He came out for an emergency and quickly solved the problem. We had a corroded connection that left us with no water pressure and water gushing from our well pump. I would definitely call him again. I told him we are now family. LOL

I found my forever Plumber! Dylan at Kamakoa fixed my dripping tub when another plumbing company couldn't. Dylan was friendly, professional and clearly knows his stuff. The prices are reasonable and not inflated like the previous company I used. I was so impressed with his work that I also had him change out my main water shut off valve while he was here. Dylan's work ethic is high. You will NOT be disappointed!

Called Dylan after another plumber was a no call, no show. Lucky for me because Dylan and Koa not only came the next morning but were on time and ready to get to work. They did a great job and even installed my toilet seat for me (little added bonus). All in all I will be going to Kamakoa for my plumbing needs.
Once again Dylan and his team were there when we needed them. Worked around our schedule so it didn't interfere with daily operations, and high quality work for a great price. We wont use any other plumber for our company again.

Dylan from Kamakoa Plumbing Solutions was absolutely fantastic. I needed two new hose spigots installed, and I wanted something with a handle that was easy for older hands to operate. He created custom fixtures for me with long handles instead of little hard-to-grip knobs, and they're perfect. Not only that, but he worked fast and clean, and charged about half what everyone else was quoting. Dylan is my go-to plumber from now on. He should be yours too.

I am very happy I called Kamakoa Plumbing Solutions; I was hesitant as my past experiences with plumbers were not so great. When I called Dylan, I explained what was going on and asked up front what the cost would be, he was honest with no hidden charges, he arrived a couple hours after I called so there was no wait time. Diagnosed my water leak in 10 minutes or less! he’s very thorough and looks for other areas to see if it had other leaks! I was pleasantly surprised at his charges we’re really reasonable I definitely will use him again if I have any water issues!!

Dylan, the owner and service provider at Kamakoa Plumbing exceeded all expectations - from promptly responding to my initial inquiry to delivering same day service to fix the hot-water valve. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Dylan came out to inspect a newly installed bathroom faucet which had shown signs of leaking. After a thorough inspection he was unable to find a leak and suggested that I continue to monitor for possible leaks. I was not charged for the visit. Dylan comes across as honest, trustworthy and I will definitely use his service for my future plumbing needs.
Timely and communicative. We needed a couple small plumbing jobs to be done and this company was efficient and thorough. We alap appreciate that Dylan took time to look at some projects in the house and explain the pros and cons of various house water filtration systems and hot water heaters that we are looking at.

Absolutely, hands down the best experience. We got the best value for our tankless water heater installation. I was dreading this project and Dylan made it easy to schedule, was great at communicating, simplified the install for himself and for us, cleaned up his work site and took the time to show me how to shut off my water in the case of an emergency. I really appreciate the level in integrity in his work.
Did you know there’s a big difference between a handyman and a licensed plumber? I didn’t—until my landlord sent out six different people, and only one actually knew what he was doing! Dylan from Kamakoa Plumbing Solutions performed the most thorough inspection I’ve had. He’s a fully licensed, CCB-certified plumber, and as he was taking apart my faucet to inspect it, he accidentally fixed the issue caused by an unlicensed handyman! He solved the problem with ease—just by doing what he’s trained to do. I only wish he was also licensed in electrical! If I could hire him for every home repair, I would. If you want the job done right the first time, hire Dylan!
Dylan returned my contact in minutes. Made appt for just 2 hours later and showed up a few minutes early. He explained why my request to replace the leaking hose to my bathroom faucet wasn't possible (hoses are an integral part of my faucets). He proposed replacing the valve from the wall to solve the immediate problem. He removed the faucet and replaced my two old, leaky wall valves in 30 minutes and had the immediate leak problem resolved. Now my wife has to decide on some new faucets...

Nice attitude, clear advice
Kamakoa Plumbing Solutions came in clutch. The hot water went out all of sudden. Thinking we had to get a new water heater. It turned out to be more of a simple fix. Thanks to Dylan he was able to spot the problem quick. He is also honest about what needed to be done and saved the trouble of being stuck with over charged prices. I would definitely recommend to anyone with any plumbing issues, hands down.

Dylan was great to work with. He was clear, on time, answered any questions I had, and did great work. One of the problems I was having resolved itself, and he talked with me about it and ended up not doing any work that day. He could have easily still recommended the work but he didn't feel right about it since it was functioning correctly, which I think shows a good amount of honesty and integrity. Overall will definitely be going with him again in the future.

Kamakoa did a 8in back flow fix and a 2 1/2 irrigation back flow move and replace. Great service, fixed right the first time. Prompt and attentive during planning, showed up when he said he would, overall great experience, I would recommend them for any plumbing job.

I am very thankful that Dylan with Kamakoa Plumbing Solutions came out to replace my toilet. He gave me three honest quotes with no pressure, and was very professional in the time quoted, and notified me via text of his eta. With the exception of a new toilet I never would have known he had been there, having left the area looking great! Definitely will call Kamakoa when I need another plumbing job done and highly recommend Kamakoa to everyone who needs a plumber.
I love it when contractors are friendly, open, patiently explain the issues (even with dumb questions), give options with pros and cons, show up on time, do quality work with quality materials, clean up after the job, and charge a reasonable price. Dylan did all of that! The yard hydrant is handsome and I won't worry about another burst pipe in the winters to come. I can't recommend Kamakoa Plumbing high enough.
Dylan was on time, didn't smoke on the job, was clean and cleaned up after his work, charged a fair price and completed the work totally satisfactorily. I would recommend him for any plumbing job he says he can do without question.
I called Dylan on a Sunday afternoon about a show-stopping clogged drain line. He came Monday morning, checked everything, diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to clear it. He replaced some pipe lines that were too curved to accommodate the snake, and he added a clean out valve so that drain line maintenance will be easier in the future. Good service, fair pricing.

I needed a new garbage disposal and he brought a new unit and did a perfect installation within 24 hours of our first conversation. What an incredibly seamless experience I had with Dylan from Kamakoa Plumbing Solutions. I called because I needed my water heater replaced and he was able to come out the very next day and give me a bid and on top of it was able to replace it then and there. I was expecting to have to wait for him to come back, but was impressed that he had everything ready to go and the time for me. He got it installed in less than two hours and it’s working great. He was friendly, professional, and efficient with his time. He took time to educate me on the new heater and his company’s bid was very reasonable. It was kinda like magic.
